I'm trying to sign up for an iTunes connect account and I the forms seem to jump ahead before I'm even done typing, IE when I select the country, the page turns into an ERROR 401 page.
I have tried this on 3 devices and 3 different browsers each, same exact issue.

I am trying to create an ITunes connect account to publish books but the "Agree" button on the Terms of service page won't highlight so I can click it. I have ticked the box that says I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.
I'm at a stage where I cannot progress any further so I'm unable to create an account. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?
I currently seel on Apple via Draft2Digital but I'd rather sell direct via an iTunes Connect account.
