I have invited my dad and my mom and it says we arent in the same region. bur when i check we are in the same region. We have restarted our phone installed the newest update and no help. has anyone had this issue? or know a solution to this?

I'm having the same problem. The family member litterally lives around the corner from us and keeps getting the "Not in the same Region" error. Double checked and she's on the same IOS version and Region.
Having the same issue myself…my mother was able to join it but not anyone else for whatever reason. Hopefully we get the help we’re looking for.
