Locked note had disappeared from notes app

My locked note on the Notes app has disappeared, I did not forget the password. I am sure of it because I have been using the same notes with the same password for so so long time. It would not open the notes with that password and when I tried to open the note from my computer, I saw it, once I typed in the password, the note completely disappeared. It is not in my recently deleted folders, it is not in my iCloud account or any other account ,I checked them all. I did all kinds of troubleshooting, my note is gone and it was so important for me.

I believe I tried everything possible and I am putting this out there for someone to see that there is an issue.
