How to remove, "activityinputfld" file from 2020 MacBook Air? It was downloaded on an unknown date and the message pops up, app won't show up in finder and I can't delete it or type without interruptiopn

Please start your Mac in "Safe Mode" Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.
While in that mode, drag all the files in those folders to the Trash, except the files with the following in their names:
Amazon
Apple
Zoom
Then, restart your Mac normally and confirm the nagging messages subside.
I followed John Galt's instructions and took screenshots of the 3 folders.
The folder labeled /Library/LaunchAgents came up blank but I'm including a
screen shot of it as well. Can anyone help me determine which files are
the ones triggering the malware warning message?
I'd sure appreciate any advice on how to proceed.
