iPad restarting on shutdown

iPad restarting on shutdown we have had this problem before, but did rectify itself with an update sometime ago.

So the position is at the moment we are unable to shut our iPad down. I’ve tried all the things that I’ve been suggested and have got nowhere. I think its time for Apple to step in and rectify this problem.
