Apple Music library on PS5

Whenever I log into Apple Music on my PS5 it doesn’t let me access my library even though I’m logged into my Apple Music account and I have internet connection. It keeps on saying,”We have run into a problem.Please try again.”

Apple Music stops playing music when adding song to Library Just as the title says. This has been a known issue for over 5 years. If you are currently playing a song in Apple Music on Mac OS and add the song to your Library, regardless of the version or update, the program will stop playing the song as if nothing was ever playing in the first place. It seems that this issue has been severely overlooked for a long time and I'm wondering when this problem will be addressed.

Apple Music Downloaded Songs Will Not Play What do I do when I have plenty of downloaded songs in my library and none of them will play for longer than 2 seconds like it’s waiting for better connection? This problem has persisted all day and multiple times I have been on long trips without a steady internet connection. I continue to pay 5.99 for my subscription when my downloaded songs never work. If the problem continues I will be switching services.
