In Apple Music, for some reason trackpad gestures—specifically, swiping forward and backward—don't work. This has been the case across two macbook pros. Currently, I'm using a macbook M2 pro with Ventura 13.4.1.

You may consider updating from Ventura 13.4.1. to the current stable version 13.6.2 for MacBook Pro (2021 and later) and iMac (2023)
While you are at it, consider enabling the Software Update Applet to find the newer version of Ventura or if your choose the upGrade to Sonoma macOS 14

Whatever you choose to do, always have a Recent Time Machine Backup Before doing either of the two suggestion
