Apple Music Preview on Windows 11 - Scrolling doesn't work

For some reason, I can't scroll anywhere in Apple Music Preview. It's as if the app isn't detecting my scroll wheel at all, which makes browsing large playlists pretty inconvenient. This is the only app on my computer that has this issue. I'm on the latest build of Windows 11 and am using a Logitech G502. Drivers are up-to-date and, again, I want to make clear that no other app I use has this problem.

Any help with this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I did try a clean reinstall, but unfortunately that didn't work.

Thankfully, I was able to find a solution: for anyone else who may find themselves unable to scroll anywhere in the Apple Music window, you'll have to enable a setting in Windows 11 that allows you to use your mouse wheel to scroll "inactive windows." Apparently, Windows seems to consider the Apple Music main window as "inactive" even when it is.

To fix this, go to Settings > Bluetooth & Other Devices > Mouse and switch on "Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them." This solved the problem for me. I find this a useful feature outside of using Apple Music, so I'm not sure why it wasn't switched on by default for me, but in any case, this was what got everything working properly.

Hope this helps anyone else out there with the same issue!
