Cyberstalking

Only 1 yr in using Apple 13 Pro Max and I’ve been having cyberstalkers somehow using my phone as some kind of remote. Screensharing is off yet I can see someone screensharing and taking pictures of my screen. Also..Some settings seem to be changing on their own. No matter how many times I change my password I seem to have someone accessing my phone through Bluetooth cause that’s when I notice it the most. Please help..I know who they are I need help proving that my phone account is being messed with. I also have pictures of settings that seemed locked into place when I put my focus on. There are certain buttons that won’t turn off or on..seems frozen in place. Please help‼️

Safeguard important data (eg turn on iCloud Photos etc in iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all if necessary), and allow to sync.)

  • Back up the phone in your normal way.
  • Erase the phone in Settings, General, Transfer or reset iphone, erase all settings and data.
  • Set up the phone again manually but do not restore the backup , data, or apps
  • Start again from scratch
