My Apple Music replay doesn’t work because it says that I don’t have an active subscription.

I don’t know if it’s saying this because I am using the 6 month free trial I have.

Hi! I’m trying to see my Apple Music replay, but I don’t get in. It says you need an active subscription. I do have an active subscription. I’m trying to see my Apple Music replay. I have an active subscription and have had this for almost three years. I couldn’t see my replay last year either. When I try so see it it comes a text at the bottom saying “replay requires an active subscription to Apple Music.” But as I dab above, I’ve had an active subscription for over almost three years now.

i have this problem too but i am on a family plan that we’ve had for years. i’ve never had this problem before :/
