apple music replay

everytime i try to view my replay for apple music it says i need an active subscription even though i have a subscription

Hi! I’m trying to see my Apple Music replay, but I don’t get in. It says you need an active subscription. I do have an active subscription. I’m trying to see my Apple Music replay. I have an active subscription and have had this for almost three years. I couldn’t see my replay last year either. When I try so see it it comes a text at the bottom saying “replay requires an active subscription to Apple Music.” But as I dab above, I’ve had an active subscription for over almost three years now.

My Apple Music replay doesn’t work because it says that I don’t have an active subscription. I don’t know if it’s saying this because I am using the 6 month free trial I have.

That’s the exact thing that happens to me and that’s all it says just the blue screen with “jump in” and and at the bottom “replay requires an active subscription to Apple Music” but I’ve got one
