Problems with Britbox on Apple TV 4K

The Britbox app on Apple TV frequently has problems such as can't log on; can't resume after pausing. Anyone else have these problems?

Britbox won't open on Apple TV Been away for 4 weeks, and when I went to open Britbox App on Apple TV, all the Apps are there including Britbox . However when I click on the Britbox App it goes to the Britbox home screen for a few seconds, then the screen goes to a light blue screen and a "twirling" circle appears but nothing happens. The circle just keeps turning. The last time I viewed Britbox through Apple TV was the 7 December 2024 and everything was fine. Can someone help me please. I know Britbox is working because I used it through Foxtel , as a last resort yesterday.

Apple TV app not working on Sony TV Anyone have an issue with their Apple TV app on Sony Bravia TV? It’s been fine since I added it about a year ago and now it gets stuck when you try to load a show. So frustrating ! Any ideas on how to get it working again ?

Apple TV App constantly fails on Samsung TV. Fails constantly on 2024 Samsung TV. The ONLY streaming app with this problem. I searched for solutions and all I find are unanswered / unresolved posts up to 4 years old presenting same issue. Seems to be a problem for years that Apple continues to neglect. Please fix this.
