i have IPhone 14 Pro Max , recently I upgrade IOS 17.1.1 version, since upgradation my car Kia seltos model 2019, not showing any contact details, I am getting error of ( The connected device does not support call history download) i have restart phone, reboot car system, phone, but still it doesn’t support. Please help and advise. Befor upgrade the phone it was working fine.

I had my infotainment display go off suddenly. After 4-5 days of waiting and calling, I took it to the dealer Vihaan (changed to Malik) Kia, where they said that they need to remove it and courier it to the vendor in Chennai (2000/-) to check it and then only can say on way forward.
I tried a few hacks for 2 days and it came back on. 🙏

Pratik did you registered the issue with apple customer care?? If yes, what are they saying?

Couldn’t achieve much after a lot of effort.
But noticed that from the car’s display, if you disconnect and connect the Bluetooth connection to the iphone, it is downloading the call log & contacts. Might be of help in the interim until a fix is found.
That's probably because Apple did a few major changes in their calling system, introducing CallKit.
As far as I can see, the car doesn't support CallKit since it was 2019's model.
I am not sure if you can fix this.

I tried a few hacks for 2 days like reset, fuse check, power disconnection & reconnection and it came back on after connecting to iPhone via cable. This too was done multiple times but the last time, was done with an active route map on Google maps. 🙏

Please contact your Kia Dealership and seek help from them.
I checked with Kia, they said it’s issue with iPhone phone. What should I do?
Same issue only difference is that I have a 13 pro and my friend have a 12
