iPhone 13 Contact sync issue with 2016 Ford

2016 ford. Does not support CarPlay. Phone was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. Now contact list is gone. How can I load it back?

Your contacts may have been deleted without you knowing. Go to icloud.com/recovery, sign in with your Apple Account, then click on Recover Contacts, and see if a previous archive of your contacts is there. If so, restore that archive.

Do you mean when you try to use contacts through Bluetooth in your car or do you mean the contacts disappeared from your phone completely? If just when you try to use contacts in the car via Bluetooth, do the following:

Open Settings

Tap Bluetooth

Find your car and tap the little circle with i in it

Make sure Sync Contacts is turned on (green) and below All Contacts is checked

While you're at it, turn on Show Message Notifications is available
