I switched to visible and now I can’t group message. All messages are sent and received as individual messages

I have and they are no help. They told me to do a factory reset. Still didn’t work. Thought maybe there might be an issue with my phone since it works fine on my wife’s phone which is identical to mine. iPhone 12 Pro Max running latest iOS. Guess I will have to try another carrier.

Your line needs to be provisioned by Visible in order to use MMS.
