Why can't I see group Messages on my iPhone?

I am in a group chat with a group of friends, all of whom use iPhones, and I am not seeing messages sent in the chat. I know that I am still in the chat, but I cannot see when my friends text something. I have already tried everything that I have seen online, such as resetting my phone and ensuring that RCS and MMS are on, so I am not sure what to do. My MacBook also has the same issue, where I cannot see messages in the chat that I know is active. What should I do?

Contact your Carrier:

Messaging is a service provided to you by your Carrier. If it’s not working, then contact them. Messaging is a service provided by your Carrier.

In regards to seeing messages on your Mac, you need to have iMessages set up. And if pairs correctly, yet you are not getting them, then that is why they are not shown.
