blink app and all third party apps Notification Sound is now inaudible and dangerous

After iOS 17 update, ALL third party apps sound notifications have changed to an inaudible, low muffled sound that is unchangeable. This is unacceptable. I have read on the comments boards and Apple's solution is to contact the third party APP. DO you want us to contact multiple third party apps to fix your error? Apple made the change to sound notifications in their code from iOS 16 and is responsible for fixing it back to the way it was. I use the sound notification for the Blink Security Camera APP and now I have an unsafe situation where I can't hear the notifications for the camera detecting movement and it is because Apple changed it to a unchangeable, un-hearable sound. Pleas help. Thanks and I know this was inadvertent and look forward to you fixing it. I absolutely do not want to go to Android because of this but it is a safety issue.
