How to fix iPhone Pro album art glitch after iTunes resync?

I have an iPhone 15 Pro. I recently re-synced music from iTunes. The cover art for almost every album is the image from one podcast I listen to. I've tried resyncing a few times but the issue remains. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to delete just the album art? (I don't care if it just shows a music note, but seeing the podcast art on every album is annoying.)
