Ios 17.1.1 can't use music app

After downloading iOS 17.1.1,I opened the music app. I see a screen "Welcome to Apple Music." At the bottom is a rotating ball, like it's still loading something (but that's been there for 12 hours now...) I follow the "See how your data is managed," and I see a window called "Apple Music and Privacy." I look through that window: There's nothing there for me to sign or agree to, so I hit the "Done" button, which takes me back to the "Welcome to Apple Music" window. I can slide the "Welcome" window down a little, and can see the Library page of the music app, but I can't get rid of the Welcome window. I am on iPhone 11.

Could you please fix the iPad Music app in IOS17.1.1. Since upgrading it has been unreliable. I have tried restarting and it usually works for one or two songs and then crashes. I have seen similar results on other users iPads. I have a 7th Gen iPad

Me too. A senior adviser at Apple did say they know about this issue and are working round the clock to fix it which is good … but it’s not fixed yet 🥴 and causing me big issues when trying to use my iPad to run music for dancing. It is not good and very unprofessional for businesses to have to keep stopping or changing to another device for music … 🙄. Come on Apple …get this fixed and quick please.
