Apple Music Splash screen

Is anyone else having an issue with the Apple Music splash screen not disappearing in IOS 17? I cannot clear it and I cannot get to my music. I’ve tried everything possible under the sun except uninstalling the app.

Ios 17.1.1 can't use music app After downloading iOS 17.1.1,I opened the music app. I see a screen "Welcome to Apple Music." At the bottom is a rotating ball, like it's still loading something (but that's been there for 12 hours now...) I follow the "See how your data is managed," and I see a window called "Apple Music and Privacy." I look through that window: There's nothing there for me to sign or agree to, so I hit the "Done" button, which takes me back to the "Welcome to Apple Music" window. I can slide the "Welcome" window down a little, and can see the Library page of the music app, but I can't get rid of the Welcome window. I am on iPhone 11.

Apple Music app still broken, despite new 17.1.2. App freezes after a few minutes. 17.1.1 broke Apple Music, but in different ways. I start to play an album on my 6th gen iPad, and the app freezes in the first song. I need to restart the app. Seriously, Apple, can't you get your own app to work with your os?

The timeline/ progress bar is missing when playing music on my iPhone I have no clue what happened, but the progress bar/timeline bar on my iPhone’s Apple Music is missing when I play songs. I looked for answers online, but none of these worked for me.
