Changed last name
My email is showing my previous last name what is the best way to update or am I doomed and have to create another email and move all of my iCloud stuff to a new one?

You cannot edit an iCloud email address, but you can keep the same account and start using an alias going forward. Add and manage email aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support
