New Mac Mini Pro M2 keeps crashing and rebooting (daily)

May I share a crash report? Any insight into what is causing the crashing? Apple suggested I reinstall Mac OS Sonoma. Wondering if someone might read through this and decipher if there is a smoking gun?

Thank you Nick. I did that and worked through the day earlier this week, and I still had a reboot/crash. I then reinstalled the Mac OS (as Apple instructed) and yet again, still had a crash. I did some research, and I suspect that it may be the external monitor. I lowered the refresh rate to 50 hertz. Again, a reboot/crash. Although it has happened 2-3 while using the computer, it is mainly when it is asleep. I will wake it and log into a rebooted screen with a crash report. Any other ideas?

Try and boot the Mac in the safe mode to see if the issues persist

Start up your Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.
  2. Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.
  3. Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.
  4. Select a volume.
  5. Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.
  6. The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.

If it does not persist in safe mode, it is caused by an external piece of software, evaluate the software you've installed on your Mac

Delete this file & restart...

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.elgato.StreamDeck.plist

~ tilde indicates your home folder

Apple hid the Users' Library folders...

Method 1:

1 From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.

2 In the window that opens, enter ~/Library, and click Go.

Restart, if that doesn't cure it...

On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.

Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.

Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.

Select a volume.

Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.

The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.

Does the problem occur in SafeMode?
