loop is not any longer changable via mouse up and down; moving notes in piano roll window is not possible via mouse up and down; changing tempo is not possible anymore... what is wrong with 10.8 ? how to downgrade Logic Pro to the well working last version of 10.7... ?

Get the Logic app off of your backup, put it back in the Applications folder and you have downgraded. Takes about 10 seconds.
Thanks for your help. I am sorry i am not a pro on Mac, using it for music only. What do i have to do to downgrade? The application folder on my user name is empty. Are there more than one application folders?
Yes, there is more than one Aaplications folder. You need to go to:
Macintosh HD - Applications
not
Macintosh HD - Users - <your username> - Applications
