are you still using the first generation magicjack that needs to be connected to the computer? if you are, I would recommend upgrading to the magicjack go. it doesn't need to be connected to the computer. and the first gen units were very problematic in any case. since I upgraded, I haven't had a single issue.

Q - " If not quick easy fix - Want to REVERT back to earlier version of os, please.

A - This could be problematic

A- From Terminal application use the command ( copy and paste ) for best results

softwareupdate --list-full-installers

What is the Output ?

This is what I am getting

Title: macOS Ventura, Version: 13.1, Size: 11931164KiB, Build: 22C65

* Title: macOS Ventura, Version: 13.0.1, Size: 11866460KiB, Build: 22A400

* Title: macOS Ventura, Version: 13.0, Size: 11866804KiB, Build: 22A380

Then and really suggest understanding what the Revert to Previous Version will entail

In The Link below, the Procedure and Method is relates to Downgrading to a Previous Version of macOS like Monterey macOS 12 but the Method and Consequences are the same

Two specific Methods are included.

One for Intel Computer and one for Apple Silicon M1 / M2 Computers

Personally, would suggest following the advise from Previous Contributor @ jeffreythefrog before exploring the above

Thank you Jeffery.

I use to have at upgrades the AUTOmatic click and let it go back to the CHaNGED OS.

Now, TOOOOOO much.

In my opinion not responsible, especially because all the benefitis of this upgrade HAD NOTHING

to do for me. But just in case of bugs and fixes - I did it. I will avoid in the future if I can when

I do not have to. !

Cheers, Allen
