HP G5 docking station connects but external monitor does not wake up after Macbook standby mode

Hi,

I have a Macbook M1 MAX. I recently bought a HP G5 docking station to connect my webcam, keyboard, mouse and monitor via usb-c to my MacBook.

All is working fine until my Mac goes into sleep mode. Once I wake up my MacBook, everything will work except for my external monitor which shows "No Connection".

I have never had this happen with any USB hub. Currently, I'm using the HDMI to HDMI port of the G5 but will try with the Displayport connection. Only thing helping is disconnecting and connecting the G5 to my Macbook
