Can’t find owner of lost Apple Watch
I tried to repair it with my phone so maybe I could get into it and maybe text someone the owner knows but I can’t. I even tried to get their email from the Apple Watch and I can’t. how do I find the owner?

Unless the owner put it in Lost Mode so that it displays his/her contact info when you turn it on, there is nothing you can do. Activation Lock is designed to prevent anyone else from using an Apple Watch if it's ever lost or stolen.

Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the previous owner can remove the lock by using their Apple ID & password. Apple will not help you find the previous owner.
