Apple Music freezing on iPad

Since updating to iOS 17 on my iPad Apple Music keeps freezing. It plays 2-3 songs then stops. I have reset the iPad and uninstalled and restored the app. Help!

Music on 16.4.1 When playing music after this update in the Music app the songs freeze while using apple car play . When just shuffling the songs from the phone by itself if I try and delete a song on the playlist it freezes the app. I am on a 2nd gen iPhone SE. I have tried offloading the app and reinstalling after restarting my phone. I tried clearing space on the phone even though I had used less than half of the available space used. None of that worked.

complaint sent. Seems a long time already for them to fix this. I use the ipad for work and have had to find another way to play music. Not good enough...
