I just opened activity manager and was going through the different tabs. Clicked on energy the program is crashing. I am on Sonoma. I have the problem report not sure if I should share here.

I'm having the same issue. Activity monitor crashed and would not reopen. Go to Finder - Go To Folder - copy and paste ~/Library/preferences/ActivityMonitor.plist - click Go
Delete this file - drag it to trash. After you do that you will be able to reopen activity monitor. You cannot click on energy or it will crash the program again and you will have to go back and delete the .plist file again to be able to open the program. Hopefully they fix this soon.
