I own a iphone 14 pro max but for months cant use it becuase apple says the insurance company now owns it

I couldnt finalise a insurance claim because apple couldn't accept cash payments for the insurance claim.

I have jumped through all the hoops an dbeen without a phone for that long I now want a refund fort the total vlue of th ephone as it is worthless and a total loss. I also want a refund for apple care plus and all the subsciptions I have been subscribed to and constantly ripped off. I have photos that one app was chargin gme $20. and it took $100 and apple says I can not refund it. I will goto obundantsman or vcat and get this phone insurance saga sorted I shoudl be compensated for not habing a device for months as I own a brand new one was top of the line.....
