I want refund my iphone15

You had 14 days to return the phone for a refund. Apple policy.

Your issue is with Apple. You can follow up directly with them if you wish.

You are not eligible for a refund.

IPhones purchased from Apple have a 14 day return period.

if you are outside the 14 day return period, your only option is to sell it to someone else.

That does not change the refund policy. AppleCare covers problems with your device for 1 year and you have the option to purchase AppleCare+ longer than that. You should still have been able to recover your photos from an iCloud backup. Was there any reason why that was not an option?

Where did you buy the phone? That is where you would return it, but the time limit for returns has expired, and Apple will not make exceptions.
