iPhone 17 update problem with iPhone 12

I’m having multiple problems that have never happened before and are not consistent to all my contacts. Since “upgrading” to iOS 17 as recommended, my iPhone 12 which has NEVER had any problems, will not answers calls from som contacts or shows me as an “Unknown” caller to people I’ve called for years, it’s combined contacts that have nothing to do with one another, or removed info that IT deems a duplicate which is not without authorization, my calendars have been jumbled and frankly I’m ready to look for another option than an iPhone. For as much money, information and time is provided has there been a solution found?

The essence of the problem is similar to mine, but the situation is slightly different. My iPhone started updating at night, and in the morning I found a brick on the "recovery" window. I restored it and all the problems started, the "phone" application is lagging, the iPhone began to heat up very much, restart, applications crash and a bunch more problems. When calling apple technical support, I was remotely diagnosed and panic full was revealed, I asked the question "what does this mean?", I was answered "an error in hardware or software". I had a question for this answer, "what should I do?", and they answered me, contact the service center, they will do something." Now I'm thinking, what did I give the money for and what was this technical support created for?
