Question mark and slash key not working.

I just got a new mechanical keyboard, it's a 60% keyboard (61 keys) and all keys are working except for the question mark and slash. I tried to calibrate it in settings, but it could not be identified. I'm going to look for more information in case it's a problem with the keyboard itself, but I'd like to hear any other possible solutions!

For reference I'm using a macbook air and the keyboard is an ilovbee i61 from amazon, with a USB-A connection (I have an adapter for it).

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Okay so I ended up being able to fix it! It was a problem with my keyboard, had to press fn+enter to switch the mode (I feel just a little bit stupid). I hope maybe this can help someone else since I posted this and I don't know how or if I can delete it.

So I did a keyboard tester, the "/?" is showing up as the up arrow key, and to use it like normal I have to hold the fn key. Does anyone know a way to switch it by any chance?

Are you able to utilize the function keys, including those for play/pause and volume control? I attempted to use them (for instance, Fn+F8 for play/pause), but they didn't function for me. Is anyone else facing this problem?
