Apple pencil only mode?

I'm having issues across several apps to make palm rejection work correctly, i was wondering if there's any way to make the iPad, or an app, to work exclusively with the Apple Pencil and ignore touch from palm and finger.

I have only draw with Apple Pencil enabled, but unfortunately the issue is that the app seems to catch my hand/finger and break the stroke, or prompt a paste image questions, issues like that.

You cannot make the iPad exclusively work with the Apple Pencil but you can enable only draw with Apple Pencil. This can make it easier when writing or drawing. Palm rejection shouldn’t interfere here.
