iPad 9th generation running ios17.0.1. The video reaction effects aren’t working.
I don’t have the option of pressing on reactions in the effects section of the control panel. Only have centre stage or Portrait.

Have updated to 17.1 and still not working.
According to another website, some features on iPadOS17 are not available. Reactions will work for iPad 10th generation. See the website below for other iPad model generations. I have the iPad 9th generation too and was wondering why Reactions wasn’t working.
Try updating your iPad to iPadOS 17.1 - and then check the FaceTime effects settings from the Control Centre.
I don’t know why this happens the iPad 9 should be able to handle it but I have updated to iPadOS 17.3.1 and it won’t work still and it driving me insane
