For some reason my FaceTime reactions stopped working. When I looked up the solutions, it tells me to use the video effect button on my control center, but it’s not there. I’ve tried searching for it on the “add options” thing and searching for it in settings but nothing comes up.

but you can add reactions by tapping the icons that appear when you touch and hold your tile in the call. "

Seems you would need to be actually on a FaceTime video call ... you can also try a tap on the screen to see some of the controls.
How can I restore FaceTime reactions on my iPhone 16?
