watch OS 10.1–blood oxygen icon missing for complication

Nothing to reproduce- icon for blood oxygen on watch face complication is missing. Area tapped will bring up blood O2 app- but no icon will show on watch face.

After Watch OS 10.1 update, blood oxygen icon and EKG icon is not showing up on my Apple Watch 6. After Watch OS 10.1 update, my Apple Watch 6 unable to show Blood Oxygen and EKG icon on the watch face. And on the Motion face it won’t show the heart rate on the bottom of the watch. Complications not visible after upgrade I upgraded my watch to OS10 this morning. Now 2 of my 4 selected complications are not visible on the face (yes, the face does have 4 complications). However, if I tap on the spot of the invisible complication, it does open and function as expected. The invisible complications are Blood Oxygen and ECG. I restarted both the phone and watch, I unpaired the watch, deleted and reinstalled the watch app, then paired it again. Nothing worked. Any suggestions? How do I report to Apple?
