The Calendar app search on the iPhone only searches the default calendar.

It used to search through all the calendars in the iCloud. Tried disabling and enabling the "Use on this iPhone" under iCloud's iCloud Calendar but that didn't help.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.


You can try to force the Calendar app on your iPhone to reload or resync with iCloud.


Go to Settings > Mail > Account (select the account) > Calendar. Toggle the calendar off. When it asks to delete the account, accept. Wait about a minute, toggle it back on and the calendar entries should start repopulating from iCloud and when they complete the search function should start working. Depending on how many calendar entries you have and your internet connection, it may take a while to populate.
