My calendar syncs with iCloud; Work is default. However, the iPhone calendar comes up first when I add an appointment. Is there a way in Preferences to NOT have iPhone calendar list appear. Sometimes I mistakenly enter an appt in iPhone and then it does not appear on my desktop.

double check settings - calendar - default - is set to your work calendar.
Thanks. Yes it is but the iPhone calendar appears first above the iCloud and that has caused problems, if I forget to double check.
