Multiple Display Not Waking and/or Rearranging After Waking from Sleep

I currently have 3 Alogic Clarity Displays for my new Mac Studio. Since I purchased these monitors and the Mac Studio, every single time my computer wakes from sleep, 2 of the 3 Monitors have to be manually turned on (only the primary turns on) and when I do turn them on, they are all re-arranged and my display settings are reset (sometimes even my wallpaper). Since Sonoma was installed, it seems like the re-arranging may have stopped, but I still have to manually turn them on. In addition, unlike my older MacBook Pro setup with 2 monitors, the wallpaper on Sonoma doesn't seem to recognize the multiple monitor setup. On my MacBook Pro (older Intel Chip), the multiple monitors all play together to show a dual wallpaper like flow that changes. On the Mac Studio with Alogic monitors, they are the same image on all 3.

To say how annoying the manual turn on and re-arranging has been is an understatement. I love Apple products, but this seems to be a Mac OS issue that is crazy that apple hasn't resolved yet. I see the complaints all over the internet, but no response from apple to correct it. At a minimum, create settings that can change this without having to completely turn off "sleep" mode which I am assuming helps maintain the hardware better over time.
