No "Download Now" option for OneDrive?

I have a hotmail account and use Microsoft OneDrive for cloud storage. I installed the OneDrive app on my iMac. In Finder, I see the folder, but I don't get an option to Download Now when I right-click on a file, like I'd get with iCloud or Adobe Creative Cloud. I want to be able to download now so I can the press the spacebar to generate a preview. There is a cloud download icon, but the only way to preview the file is to open it in the native app for the file extension. I don't want to have to open the file each time just to generate a preview.
