HELP, unable to receive iMessages

I can not receive iMessage on my iPhone 14, but they come to my Apple Watch that’s Bluetooth connected to my phone

The latest iOS 17.0.3 has been installed?

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone?

If your settings in the Watch App for Messages are set to mirror your iPhone, you will receive the iMessages on your Apple Watch, if your iPhone is not actively used at this time and in Standby.

If your iPhone is being used, messages will show up first on your iPhone.

When not using watch iMessage still will not go through.
