My iphone 15 is not receiving messages from iphones only androids. I have updated to the iOS 17.2.1 software and followed all the props to correctly set up my imessage. However, I am still unable to receiving messages. I can send them out as of now.

What does the sender see?
Is the sender sending the message to your telephone number? Your Apple ID? Has the other alternative been tried?
Check if your phone plan is active / if you have good reception. If you do, then make sure your iPhone is connected to the same iMessage account as your iPad and Apple Watch. You can check this in settings under Messages > Send & Recieve.
Already applied that and it still is not allowing me to receive messages. I have also done a network reset. I still am not able to receive messages from iPhones, only androids. Yet my Apple Watch and ipad can receive it.
I am having the same problem. I can't send or receive any message from Adroid user. I can send send and receive messages from other iphone users. Please help me with this issue because a lot of my business client are Android user and I am not getting communication from them.
