Money deducted for cancelled free trial without purchase history

I subscribed to an app and free trial was supposed to end on 14th Oct and I cancelled subscription before that on 13th Oct yet still the entire amount was deducted from my account and on top of that it’s not even showing on my purchase history so I can’t even report it because it’s asking me what transaction am I talking about but the transaction that I’m talking about is not even on my purchase history but my bank is saying that it deducted 5900 to apple services via autopay mandate

Yes. Even i got the money debited, but unable to make use of 'request a refund' option for the purchase happened. It is also not showing up in the purchase history.

@Jmanna13: I'm also facing the same problem and when I tried to request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com, I can not see my chess.com subscription in the purchase history and without it your system does not allow me to create a request. Can you help me?
