i upgraded to family on apple music, it will not share with family

apple music stopped working on daughters phone and ipad it stop working i thought it was a family plan so I up graded it is still not working

Hi needyop,


Make sure your daughter's devices are signed in with the correct Apple ID and connected to the internet.


You might try closing Music and restarting the iPhone:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone


If you daughter needs help, have her contact Apple Support:
