Can’t Scroll in Outlook on iPhone

Since iOS 17(?), when typing a longer email in Outlook app on my iPhone 11, it will not allow me to scroll back to the top of the email. I can only see back as far as what fits on the screen. Anyone else had this one?

You need to contact Microsoft for help with their software.
