Notifications ALL night on Apple Watch while in Sleep Focus

Last night, while in sleep focus, my Apple Watch went off throughout the night. I wear my watch every night to track my sleep and it is my alarm to get up. No settings have changed. The watch showed it was in sleep focus - Home Screen and on control centre. WatchOS up to date (updated last week but first issue last night) and iOS also up to date but not in last 24hours. iPhone 13 Pro and watch SE.

Having a disturbed nights sleep on a Monday on what is going to be particularly tough week is less than ideal.

I have checked all settings and all correct.

Tbh I think everything came through. It wasn’t just some. I restarted both watch and phone, multiple times. Last night sleep focus kicked in just before I wanted to go to sleep but notifications continued. Although sleep focus was on and Lock Screen showed that, the little bed icon wasn’t at the top of my phone. It was in control centre on watch but my watch face hadn’t gone to sleep. I manually turned sleep on and no notifications but of course it continued being in sleep mode even after sleep focus ended so had to manually turn off again

Did you see what specific notifications were going off during your Sleep Focus? This will help us narrow down where to look for this specific concern.

If you haven't already, this might be a temporary issue that can be solved through restarting your Apple Watch and your iPhone, especially if you sync Focus settings between them:

If your Sleep Focus is not working, all of your devices are up to date, you've restarted them, and it continues to not work as expected, contact Apple for help here: Get Support.
