Q:

• did it work before? Yes, then: when did it stop working?
• iOS version & MacOS version:
• Try a different (known-good) network:
• Try with a different user with same apple ID on Mac (to exclude apps like VPN, AV, MDM, Blockers etc) >  > System settings > users and groups

I have the same issue. Did you fix it?

MacBook Air M1 2020 Sonoma 14.1.2, iPhone 12 iOS 17.1.2.

I have tried rebooting the devices, no luck so far.
