devices not sharing clipboard or texts

My iPhone & MacBook Air no longer allow copy/paste across the two devices and texts I send or receive on one do not appear on the other. My Mac is still storing pics taken by my phone.

Each device is signed in with the same Apple ID.
Each device has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on.
Each device has Handoff turned on.

Mac OS: 13.4.1

iOS: 16.5.1

MacBook Air 11″, OS X 10.10

Universal Clipboard through Handoff not working I want to copy and paste text from my Mac to my iPhone. Same Apple ID is on both. Tried turning off all settings needed, Wifi, Bluetooth, and Handoff itself. Yet, nothing. Please help!

Getting and sending phone text messages on both my iPhone and my Macbook pro My iPhone and my MacBook Pro are networked to share, and when I want to send someone a phone text I can do it from my MacBook but ONLY if the person I am texting with has an iPhone. If they don't have an iPhone, if it is an Android, I can only text by using my iPhone and it does not sync to my messages on the Mac the way the iPhone users' texts do. My question is: Is there any way I can make the texts from and to non-iPhone users also sync to my Macbook? (when I am home it is much easier to type a text on my Mac) Is there a setting I can set?

Sign out of your Apple ID on all devices and sign right back in on all. That may kickstart the synchronization process.
