Seems you may have been charged for something from iTunes, and you do not know what the charge is for.

How to see what you were charged for:
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
Eg: If it is for a subscription that you do not want, you may need to cancel that, so you aren't charged regularly.
If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
If the charge is a mistake: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
