Payment

I got paid for an unknown reason and there is no transaction history on purchase history. I don't request a refund. All I know is that the payment code is from iTunes while checking the transaction history, there is no refund. someon help me because it take a lot my money

Seems you may have been charged for something from iTunes, and you do not know what the charge is for.


Apple Support have an article online (link below) that may help:

How to see what you were charged for:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


Eg: If it is for a subscription that you do not want, you may need to cancel that, so you aren't charged regularly.

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If the charge is a mistake: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If needed:

Billing and subscriptions website: (info. / support / contact options etc.)

Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
