Below attachment payment are deduct from My M1 telephone
bill. I make Giro payment for my M1 bill and now than I realize.
I even don’t’ what is this transaction and cannot find any
purchase in my iTunes purchase history.
I try to call M1 and they can’t answer my questions and ask
me to contact with apple.
Kindly help me proceed the refund for this
transaction. Thank you

Make sure you can see those charges on your account. If they are only messages, and don't really correspond to charges on your account, it may be a scam.
But if they are really on your account, follow the steps in the guide previously linked.
I would like to inform that payment already deduct from My M1 bill account, I try to call M1 for refund but they want me to ask refund form apple.
